Sundays at 10.30am
There is a service at 10.30am at the Church of St Peter and St Paul, West Clandon on the first, third, fourth, and fifth Sundays of the month.
The Eucharist is at the heart of our worship. It is a time of great closeness to God in which we are physically nourished with God’s own life by receiving Christ’s body and blood in the bread and wine of Holy Communion.
All Age Eucharist
On the first Sunday of the month we have our All Age Eucharist. As the name suggests, the service is appropriate for all age groups, from the old to the very young. It lasts about 40 minutes and consists of readings, prayers, songs, and a celebration of the Eucharist. Children have an important role in leading various parts of this service, and the readings and prayers are often led by younger members of our congregation.
Morning Worship
On the third Sunday of the month there is a service of morning worship, a friendly service with hymns, readings, prayers, and a sermon. There is no Holy Communion at this service.
Our Sunday Club for children aged 3–10 meets during the service and is a great opportunity for children to learn about the Christian faith in an age appropriate way while their parents enjoy participating in the main service.
Sung Eucharist
On the fourth Sunday of the month we have our sung celebration of the Eucharist. The music for this service is sometimes be led by one of our excellent choirs. The service lasts about 50 minutes and consists of readings, prayers, hymns, and a celebration of the Eucharist.
Our Sunday Club for children aged 3–10 meets during the service and is a great opportunity for children to learn about the Christian faith in an age appropriate way while their parents enjoy participating in the main service.
On the second Sunday of the month the congregation from West Clandon worships at St Thomas’ church in East Clandon at their 10.30am Eucharist service.
We serve fresh coffee, a selection of teas and other refreshments after every 10.30am service.

Agora
Agora – ag-ɔː-a noun, Ancient Greek ἀγορά, Market place, place for civic assembly and discussion.
Agora is our quarterly learning lab in which one of the ministry team opens a discussion of a topic relating to living our faith in the world today. The service mainly consists of discussion, with prayers and some well known hymns. It is a great opportunity to grow in understanding of the Christian faith through questioning, sharing, and talking about faith with friends.
Guest Service
You might not have been to church for a while, or ever gone to church. You might feel that you need a bit of hope in your life, but you are a bit nervous about coming. Will the service be complicated? Will I know anyone? Will I know what to do?
Our guest services take place once a term, and are an opportunity to come to dip your toe into coming to church. The welcome is warm, the service is simpler, the hymns and songs are well known, the sermon is relevant, and there is great coffee afterwards.
